LEADERSHIP
Samir Kapoor:
CEO
Masters degree in Personnel Management from
the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Currently
pursuing a Doctorate in Talent Acquisition and is also a certified
Graphologist from the Institute of Graphology, Pune. Has held
Senior Management positions in large organizations. He set
up the resourcing centre for Standard Chartered Bank. He has
also served as Asst. VP, CFCI (now Bank of America) heading
staffing for the country and DGM, ICICI OneSource heading
recruitment for the Philippines and 6 cities in India. He
was also the head of Training for Huawei Technologies India.
Samir was also conferred with the 'Innovative
HR Professional of the Year' award at the Deccan Herald Avenues
Awards for HR excellence where he was the youngest person
to win an individual award. He is a sought after speaker and
is also a visiting faculty at TISS (Tata Institute of Social
Sciences) and Symbiosis. He enjoys penning articles in his
free time and writes for respected national dailies.
CAPT. RAJ SHETTY: Director
He brings with him 16 years of experience
in the Aviation Industry along with 7 years in the Education
& Training Industry. He has served leading Domestic Airlines
as a Cockpit Crew. Additionally he brings with him the acumen
of a businessman, with Hospitality and Infrastructure being
his family business. Capt. Raj Shetty is actively involved
in the day to day activities of Futurz Academy and is extremely
focused on the growth of the Company by ensuring that the
training program conducted are developed and carried on in
the most professional manner and is the best in the industry.
He has been instrumental in shaping countless people’s
careers by showing them the right direction. He has been ensuring
training delivery consistency across locations.
Farhan Azmi:
Chairman (Futurz Group)
Farhan is the founding partner of Futurzhr
and serves as the recruiting Company's Executive Chairman
& Managing Director. Farhan is actively involved in strategic
development for FuturZ project consulting practice. Farhan
started FuturZ in 2005 specializing in the provision of recruitment
services to the Financial Services & the BPO sector. His
career developed with the group through team leadership, business
management and overall strategic management and development
of Finance & Professional Services business across India
& United Kingdom. Prior to FuturZ, Farhan spent 4 years
working in the Financial & BPO industry, and a track record
of building rewarding relationships across a myriad of industries,
Farhan has positioned FuturZ to be a leading provider of corporate
enterprise wide solutions that help clients improve operational
performance and drive business growth. Farhan holds a bachelor's
degree from Mumbai State University. At the age of 27, he
has reached a mark where people recognize him in this corporate
world as “Mr. Commitment” in terms of getting
